Household chemical products means the products which pose a potential risk to people and the environment, and are commonly used in everyday living spaces like homes, offices, and multi-facility facilities.
Household chemical products that are recognized as hazardous and designated by the Ministry of Environment must undergo safety testing and certification before distribution.

Household chemical products that are recognized as hazardous and designated by the Ministry of Environment must undergo safety testing and certification before distribution.
•Process
The certification process for household chemical products typically involves two steps. First, the products are safety tested at a designated institution, and a 'Test Report' is submitted online to the Korea Environmental Industry and Technology Institute. Once the report is reviewed and approved, the certification is issued.
