Consumer Products Safety
In addition to electrical appliances, chemical and household products frequently used in daily life must be certified according to the Consumer Products Safety Management Act.
Depending on the severity of the risk, it is divided into four categories: Safety Certification, Safety Verification, Supplier’s declaration of conformity, and Compliance with safety standards.

Household products that are recognized as having a high risk of harm to consumers' lives and bodies, property damage, or damage to the natural environment due to their structure, material, and method of use are subject to safety certification.
